WARRANTY
aQuablaze Limited Warranty:
aQuablaze products are warranted by aQuablaze to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use, for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of the original purchase. Items that fail due to normal wear such as o-rings hoses, seals, quick couplers, nozzles, gunjets, etc. or damage resulting from neglect, abuse, tampering, or modification are not covered under this warranty. aQuablaze will at its option repair or replace any part covered by this warranty which is defective under normal use for one year at no charge for parts or labour. All defects must be verified by aQuablaze or by an authorized aQuablaze service location. This warranty is not transferable.
Exceptions to the One Year Warranty for Parts Only are:
AR North America Pumps: 5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
BECKETT BURNERS: 5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
To the extent allowable under applicable law, aQuablaze liability for consequential and incidental damages is expressly disclaimed. aQuablaze liability in all events is limited to, and shall not exceed, the purchase price paid for the equipment. aQuablaze liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts only, at the option of aQuablaze.
PRODUCT SUITABILITY:
Many states and provinces have codes and regulations governing sales, construction, installation, and/or use of products for certain purposes, which may vary from those in
neighbouring areas. While attempts to assure that its products comply with such codes, it cannot guarantee compliance and cannot be responsible for how the product is installed or used. Before purchase and use of a product, please review the product application, and respective national and local codes and regulations, and be sure that the product, installation, and use will comply with them.
PROMPT DISPOSITION:
aQuablaze will make a good faith effort for prompt correction or other adjustments with respect to any product which proves to be defective within limited warranty. For any product believed to be defective within limited warranty, contact dealer or factory from whom product was purchased. Dealer or factory will give additional directions. If product was damaged in transit to you, file claim with freight carrier.
